We offer a range of sessions which have varying fees.
On average, families expect to pay a gap fee of between $15 – $50 per day for their child’s care.
Please note that the exact amount will depend on individual families’ percentage and hours in their CCS claim.
CCS is a subsidy payment made by the government to assist families to enrol their children into care – with the aim of providing opportunity for early learning for all children, and allowing families access to return to work.
CCS is claimed via Centrelink by submitting a claim. This claim will return a percentage of fees to be subsidised, and a total amount of fortnightly hours that the subsidy can be applied to.
To learn more, explore eligibility, and apply for CCS for your child’s care, please visit the Centrelink website.
After CCS has been applied, you will be responsible for payment of your child’s remaining gap fee.
To ensure consistent payment and ease of transaction, Ancora Kids uses a Direct Debit Agreement, where fees are withdrawn from the parent’s chosen account or card on a weekly or fortnightly basis. It is the responsibility of families to ensure sufficient funds are available for the agreed transaction (individual banks may charge penalty fees for rejected payments).
Additional payments for casual sessions may be paid on site at your child’s centre. All fees must be paid two weeks in advance.
Child care fees are paid on a bookings basis, where you pay for the allocated spot your child is taking. If your child is booked into a regular session that falls on a public holiday, you will still be charged for that day.

Every family is allowed up to 42 allowable absences by the government and will still remain eligible for their CCS.
